SUPERBOWL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: IS THERE A CONNECTION?
You bet!

While munching on chips and swilling beer (or your beverage of choice), be careful not to run afoul of infrining upon intellectual property rights.  For example, you can hold a watch party — but do not project it on a “super-sized” screen. (Also, make sure it isn’t in a casinoFurthermore, you might not want to make fun of the RIAA lawsuits, at least not without paying them a fee.  In the iTunes (look here – is it an Apple site or a Pepsi site?) ad airing during the SuperBowl, Pepsi will be offering 100 million iTunes downloads for free.  The RIAA will be receiving .75 for each download, however, which certainly makes it easier to poke fun of oneself.
